Wash N Go Car Wash

I had the best experience today. Brandon and his team did an amazing job. I had a gas smell in my car after having it at the mechanic and they cleaned my car so well I couldn’t smell it anymore. They were even nice enough to give me a car freshener to help with the smell. I will be taking my car there often to get cleaned. They are so kind, friendly and their attention to detail is the reason they have unbeatable customer service.

I chose to go to wash and go in Cary on Monday July 27 2026. I have use them in the past. This morning I got our truck detailed. When I got home I noticed a not so stellar job on the detail. I am not expecting a full detail but I would like clean windows and a complete vacuuming. I went back when I found that my floor mats were not removed and installed back correctly. I talked to Kevin he apologized and immediately took care of the issue. Thank you for not making excuses and taking care of all the issues. J

Excellent service! I can’t recommend this car wash enough! The entire team is always incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. I come here regularly for washes, and every visit has been excellent. I recently trusted them with one of my nicer vehicles for a full detail, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The car looked showroom new, inside and out. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and it was obvious they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a place that consistently delivers great service and truly cares about the quality of their work, this is it. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sabin was awesome at checking in car and explaining the services. This car wash provides excellent customer service and provides full detail right away if you want it or just a quick if you want that. Even better I can get gas for car all in one stop!

I guess it all depends on who you get on the inside and how busy they are. I was first in a line of cars that showed up and the guy in my car spent 80% of the time outside of my car spraying air at the floor mats while he sing and watched cars drive by. The inside, other than clean the windows (good job) was a joke of an effort. Now I go home and actually clean the car after paying their highest price. Shame. I took another car there the other day and got a great effort. Night and day. Didn’t even take. A shot at cleaning anything. I will add this. On a sunny day with the glare from the sun under their canopy it is hard to see anything. When you pull away you see this. ————————- Latest visit was incredibly better. Previous issues were not a problem anymore. Great job.
